Ingredients:

1 x Granny Smith Apple, Sliced
2 Tbsp. Paleo Nut Butter, see recipe here

How-To:

Slice the Apple into thin apple chips and spoon 2 Tablespoons of Nut Butter onto a plate.
Dip the Apple slices in the Nut Butter for a high protein, low carb snack to power you through the afternoon.
