- 1/2 Cup Forage Bircher Muesli
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tsp Instant Coffee or Shot of Espresso
- 1/2 Tbsp. Cacao Powder
- ¼ Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Begin by mashing the banana in a large bowl.
- Then add the bircher, unsweetened almond milk, water, coffee, cacao, salt, and honey to the same bowl and mix all ingredients together until they are well combined.
- Cover the bowl overnight in the fridge to absorb the liquid and the mixture to set.
- In the morning, stir and lightly heat the bircher on the stove.
- All that left to do then is enjoy!
