1/2 Cup Forage Bircher Muesli
1 Tsp Instant Coffee or Shot of Espresso
1/2 Tbsp. Cacao Powder
¼ Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
1 Tsp Honey
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Begin by mashing the banana in a large bowl.
Then add the bircher, unsweetened almond milk, water, coffee, cacao, salt, and honey to the same bowl and mix all ingredients together until they are well combined.
Cover the bowl overnight in the fridge to absorb the liquid and the mixture to set.
In the morning, stir and lightly heat the bircher on the stove.
All that left to do then is enjoy!
