Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Forage Porridge
  • 1 ½ Cups Water
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut milk + 1 Tbsp to drizzle
  • Cinnamon Stick
  • ½ Tbsp Vanilla
  • ½ Banana
  • Sprinkle of nuts/seeds

Method

  1. Pour Porridge into Pot and place on a low heat, slowly adding half the water, the cinnamon stick and vanilla, and lastly, the coconut milk, stirring for around 3 – 5 minutes until desired consistency is achieved. Take off the heat and sit aside
  2. Toast your nuts in a pan on a low heat until golden brown. Take off heat and lay aside.
  3. Chop ½ Banana and when ready, construct your bowl; begin by pouring porridge into a nice mound and decorate with your banana, toasted nuts and seeds, a drizzle of honey and maybe even some extra cinnamon if your heart desires.
