Method

  1. Soak Dates in Warm Water for 10 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Strain dates. Blitz in food processor until a date paste is formed.
  3. Combine Forage Muesli, dates and melted Coconut Oil in a large bowl and stir until well combined.
  4. Roll into balls of your size (ours made six medium sized balls) and refrigerate. These balls will keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
