½ cup Forage Porridge (1 serve)
½ cup milk of choice + 2/3 cup water
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp cacao
1 tsp honey
1 Tbsp hazelnut butter or crushed hazelnuts

  1. Bring Porridge to the boil on the stove, adding water and then milk, stirring until desired consistency is reached. Set aside.
  2. To make Notella, combine melted coconut oil with cacao, honey and hazelnuts. (We just stirred them together with a spoon in a small bowl). Stir until well combined (it may appear a little gluggy, if you would like it smoother carefully add a little more coconut oil).
  3. Scoop Porridge into a bowl and top with Notella, sprinkling with some mixed seeds for extra crunch.
