Salted Caramel Forage Porridge
½ cup Forage Porridge
½ cup Coconut Milk
¾ cup Water
1 Heaped tbsp tahini
1 Tsp cacao
A pinch Himalayan or Celtic sea salt
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Dash of cinnamon
- Combine Forage and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil, slowing adding and stirring through coconut milk until you have reached the desired consistency (Hey, some people like it smooth, some people like it chunky, who am I to judge?). This will take between 3 – 5 minutes. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine Tahini, Cacao, Salt, and Maple Syrup.
- Pour the Forage Porridge into a pretty bowl and drench in Salted Caramel Sauce, decorating the creation with a final sprinkle of pistachios and a dash cinnamon.
- Go to town on that Salted Caramel breakfast bowl. Oomf.
